Corsets are no longer just a sexy lingerie staple; they've been championed by many famous faces to become an everyday piece we should all have in our wardrobes.

Katy Perry is proving they can easily be dressed up with a little jewellery thanks to stylist Tatiana Waterford.

Her structured khaki corset with contrasting black panels, square neckline and contrast stitching is by Stella McCartney. We love how she's worn the matching technical cargo pants too. To complete the look, she's wearing the butterfly charm-detail necklace by Chopova Lowena.

If you want to shop Katy's look, you're in luck as it's available to buy (click the links). Or why not wear her corset with jeans and boots for a more minimal take on the trend? Equally, the top would look stylish with black tailored trousers.

Inspired by Katy, we've rounded up more corsets in the carousel that'll set you back as little as £12.
